At Roovi Trendz, we take pride in delivering high-quality traditional bridal sarees with care. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Cancellations

  • Pre-Shipment Cancellation:
    Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting our customer support via email or WhatsApp.

  • If the order is already processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Custom or Pre-Order Sarees:
    Orders made for customized sarees or pre-order items cannot be cancelled under any circumstance, as they are made to order.

Returns & Refunds

  • Return Eligibility: We accept returns only if:

    The product is damaged, defective, or a wrong item has been sent.
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The saree is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return:

Email us at order@roovitrendz.com or WhatsApp us with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or wrong item
  • Reason for return
  • Our team will verify and respond with further instructions.

Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved and we receive the product in its original condition, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • If payment was made via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

Exchange Policy

  • If the same product is available, we can process an exchange instead of a refund.
  • Exchange requests must also be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized orders, blouse-stitched sarees, and pre-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless received damaged or defective.
