1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India and to selected international destinations. If you do not see your location listed at checkout, please contact us for support.

2. Shipping Charges

India: Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Not Available. Only Prepaid Orders.
International Orders: Not available as of now.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Tamilnadu Orders: Delivered within 3–5 business days from dispatch.
Outside Tamilnadu Orders: Delivered within 6–8 business days, depending on customs and destination.
Note: During festive or promotional periods, delays may occur due to high volume.

4. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched with tracking details.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also check your order status in the “Order Tracking” section of our website.

6. Delays & Issues

We strive to meet our delivery timelines, but unforeseen delays due to weather, courier disruptions, or customs (for international orders) may occur. We will keep you informed in such cases.
