  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email and WhatsApp confirmation.
  • Shipping Time: We ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery time may vary based on your location.
  • Tracking: A tracking link will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
  • Sarees must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
  • For return requests, please email or WhatsApp us with your order number.

Note: Customized or altered sarees are not eligible for return.
